Journalismfund.eu is a project by the Pascal Decroos Fund. The formal responsibility lies with the board of the FPD.

To develop Journalismfund.eu and prepare it to become an independent organisation in the future, an advisory board has been gathered to safeguard the firm roots in the investigative journalism community and the best advice.

The Journalismfund.eu advisory board consists of representatives from associations and centers for investigative journalism aswell as of estimated individuals.

Stefan Candea is a co-founder of the Romanian Centre for Investigative Journalism. He works as a freelance investigative journalist out of Bukarest, Romania. Mail.

Jean-Philippe Ceppi is a co-founder of the Swiss Investigation Network. He works as a producer of “Tempes Présent” at the Télévision suisse romande in Geneva, Switzerland.

Ides Debruyne is the director of the Pascal Decroos Fund which grants research stipendia to journalists in Flanders and is the parent organisation for Journalismfund.eu. He is based in Zellik near Brussels, Belgium.

Stephen Grey is a freelance journalist with a long international experience. He works out of London, United Kingdom.

Anne Haubek is co-founder of Scoop, a network supporting investigative journalism in Eastern European countries. She is a member of the international committee of the Danish Association for Investigative journalism. Henrik Kaufholz is the co-founder of Scoop, supporting investigative journalism through research grants in various countries. Hanna Ruokangas is the chairperson of the Finnish association for investigative journalism Tutkiva. She is a journalist at MTV3 and works in Helsinki, Finland.

The European Fund for Investigative Journalism is a project of the Fonds Pascal Decroos. The overall responsible board in the inception phase is the board of the Fonds Pascal Decroos. The aim is to develop the European Fund for Investigative Journalism into an independent organisation.
