The Journalismfund.eu board consists of representatives from associations and centers for investigative journalism aswell as of estimated individuals.

Heidi Molstad Andresen is the deputy chairperson of the Norwegian Foundation for Investigative Journalism, Skup. She works for daily newspaper Dagbladet in Oslo, Norway. Mail.

Ides Debruyne is the director of the Pascal Decroos Fund which grants research stipendia to journalists in Flanders and is the parent organisation for Journalismfund.eu. He is based in Zellik near Brussels, Belgium.

Stephen Grey is a freelance journalist with a long international experience. He works out of London, United Kingdom.

Henrik Kaufholz is the co-founder of Scoop, supporting investigative journalism through research grants in various countries. He is the deputy chairperson of the international committee of the Danish association for investigative journalism. He works as the readers’ ombudsman for Danish daily Politiken, Copenhagen, Denmark. The European Fund for Investigative Journalism is a project of the Fonds Pascal Decroos. The overall responsible board in the inception phase thus is the board of the Fonds Pascal Decroos. The aim is to develop the European Fund for Investigative Journalism into an independent organisation.
