Dafni Karavola is a journalist based in Athens and a member of Reporters United. She loves maps.

Interested in topics at the intersection of journalism and space, Dafni specialises in geospatial data investigations and reports on Romani rights, state and corporate accountability and the environment. She has collaborated with European Investigative Collaborations (EIC) and Forensic Architecture, among others.

She studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens, Research Architecture at Goldsmiths University, London, and data journalism at Columbia University in New York.
