Nino Bakradze is an editor and co-founder of the Tbilisi-based investigative journalism team iFact.

She is a graduate of the Media Management and Journalism Master's Degree programme at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). She has seven years' experience as a journalist and four years' experience as an investigative reporter.

Bakradze is currently a data journalism lecturer at GIPA.

TBILISI - Every December, 80 million Christmas trees are sold across Europe. The majority of these, 45 million, are Nordmann firs, which originate from the Caucasus region. Eighty per cent of the Nordmann firs cultivated in Europe originate from seeds harvested in western Georgia.
