TD Jack Muhindo Mahamba is a Congolese filmmaker from Goma.

From a young age, he was passionate about cinema and after high school he trained in cinematography, documentary and editing. He then pursued a master's degree in film at the SUKA! PRODUCTION in Kinshasa, a subsidiary school of the Belgian INSAS. TD Jack collaborated on several productions and is founder of Réseau de Production et de Diffusion des Films (RPDFI). This production company produces and supervises local filmmakers. For the past 3 years, RPDFI has organized the film festival Semaine du Cinéma au Kivu, of which he is artistic director.
