Blaž Zgaga

 
Blaž Zgaga, Slovenia, is a freelance investigative journalist and an expert in arms trafficking, national security and defense. In 2000, after he revealed US DIA clandestine operation in the Balkans, he was prosecuted for – and later cleared of – charges of revealing military secrets. Zgaga co-initiated the petition against censorship which was signed by 571 Slovene journalists in 2007.
