Fiorella Montaño Pastrana is a freelance journalist from Peru.
She specialises in environmental, health, and human rights issues. In 2020, she was part of the team that won the National Journalism Prize in the regional category for the investigative series Pandemic Files. This series documented alleged irregularities in the purchase of medical equipment and biosafety materials during the pandemic's most critical period. She writes for various national and international media outlets. She is also a member of the inaugural cohort of the Latin American Network of Digital Journalism for Human Rights.
