Ioan Stoleru is a reporter for the Romanian cultural publication Scena9.
He has been writing in one form or another since he was a teenager, first for a high school literary magazine in his hometown of Constanța, Romania, on the shores of the Black Sea, and then as a reporter for the student newspaper "Opinia studențească" in Iași, where he has spent most of his adult life. After many independent writings and collaborations, he settled down at Scena9 in Bucharest, where he writes mainly about social issues. When he's not struggling to meet a deadline, he's probably in the mountains.
