Factcheck.Vlaanderen
Factcheck.Vlaanderen is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to detect disinformation and polarisation so that fact-checkers can verify and combat it. It was developed with an innovation grant from Journalismfund.eu's Flemish Journalism Fund.
Professor Michaël Opgenhaffen was awarded the Annual Prize for Science Communication from the Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium for Science and the Arts for the co-creation and co-management of Factcheck.Vlaanderen.
