Lisboa Without Borders: A Newsletter for Lisbon’s Immigrants

  • Innovation
  • Journalism & Media

LISBOA -  This project is aimed at connecting with a new and vital audience of foreigners in Lisbon, offering content about the city in English. It will serve as both a bridge to reach immigrant readers and a tool to counter polarizing narratives with authentic, human-centered stories. We will showcase immigrant contributions to Lisbon’s cultural and economic fabric, address practical needs and build engagement and trust. It will hopefully bring a new layer of audiences to Mensagem.

Listenning To The City podcast

Lisbon, Portugal - The project will allow us to test a new audience – people who may not have time to read but still want to stay connected to the city –, as well as help us develop a long-term revenue stream. The project will also enable us to diversify our content formats and enhance our editorial capacity by exploring new storytelling methods and building expertise in audio production.
