Federica Rossi is a freelance Italian journalist based in Rome. 

She covers climate change and the green transition, auto-sufficient communities and organized environmental movements, the Mediterranean migratory routes and citizenship. 

Federica collaborates with Euronews, Voxeurop, IRPI, La Repubblica, L’Espresso and more. Her investigations are supported by Journalismfund and Earth Journalism Network. 

Recently, she co-authored a chapter of the book Fuori Classe that opens with a message from Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of Brazil. 

She strives for an ethical journalism fostering collaborative practices: she co-manages the extended network of Fada Collective, she is part of Sveja, a local independent collective and radio in Rome, and she is a member of the International Press Institute.
