Moritz is a freelance data journalist working from Germany. He completed his traineeship at the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung in 2019, where he worked on matters concerning politics, climate change and data-driven stories in general. As a co-founder and member of Journocode since 2015 he explains data journalism practices to newsrooms and students and tries to foster data literacy in Germany.
