Namrata Sharma is a freelance journalist based in Nepal.

Namrata works for over 25 years as a journalist and as a human activist. She was the President of Center for Investigative Journalism (CIJ) in Nepal. Currently Namrata stays as an advisor for the Center. 

Namrata Sharma regularly contributes to Nepali Times, a few Nepali dailies. She also has her weekly Column INSIGHT in the Rising Nepal Daily.
