Vittoria Torsello is an Italian freelance journalist.

She graduated in Political, Social, and International Sciences from the University of Bologna and pursued a Master's in Journalism, Media, and Globalization at Aarhus University, Denmark, and Charles University in Prague.

She investigates environmental issues, corporate accountability, and human rights violations across the Mediterranean region. Her stories have been published by The Guardian, BBC, Follow the Money, and Irpi Media, among others.

In 2023, she was a finalist for the Premio Morrione award for her video reportage The Gas Propaganda, which aired on the Italian public broadcaster RAI, and received a special mention at the Life After Oil Film Festival, among other recognitions.
