Asociatia Doar Fapte - de fapt, is a Romanian online media outlet focusing on investigative stories but also publishing analyses and hard news.

Defapt.ro is a project of the "Just Facts" Association (CUI 45500057), initiated by journalists Cătălin Prisacariu, Mircea Marian, Petru Zoltan and their collaborators.

Cătălin Prisacariu is an investigative journalist with almost 25 years of experience. He has headed the investigative departments of Academia Cațavencu, Kamikaze, România Liberă, Newsweek Romania, and has also produced political talk shows for TVR Info and B1 TV. He is a former collaborator of the European Investigative Collaborations and regularly works with journalists from Europe (and beyond) on cross-border investigative projects (Journalismfund Europe, IJ4EU).

Mircea Marian has been a journalist since 1990, when he joined UniFan Radio, the first independent radio station in Bucharest. He was a political reporter for Mediafax, Adevărul and Evenimentul Zilei and presented programmes for TVR Info and B1 TV. He was head of the political and economic department at România Liberă from 2016 to 2017, and senior editor at Newsweek Romania from 2017 to January 2021.

An investigative journalist for almost 20 years, Petru Zoltan has published articles in Jurnalul Național, România Liberă and Newsweek Romania, but has also worked with the BBC and other major European and American media groups. He is a constant presence in cross-border investigation teams (Journalismfund Europe).
