Workshop

The Center for Investigative Journalism in London runs frequent training courses on a wide range of investigative skills.

The training courses at TCIJ are designed to teach participants both theory and practice through real-world examples and hands-on exercises, anything from submitting FOI to Web Scraping, taught by working investigative journalists and experts in their field.

Each course builds in time for responsive guidance that can be shaped around the participants’ own projects and areas of interest.

These courses are open to all, but booking fees are charged on a sliding scale to ensure that larger newsrooms subsidise places for freelancers and small organisations.

A full list of all upcoming and past courses can be found here.
