Josef Šlerka is the former director of the Czech Foundation for Independent Journalism. He is now a member of the Fund's Expert Council and is responsible for developing the MediaRating project. He also lectures in New Media Studies at Charles University and works as a data analyst at Investigace.cz. @josefslerka
