Małgorzata Rycharska is a humanitarian activist and journalist from Milanówek, Poland. 

For many years she was a designer and Design Thinking expert. The border crisis in 2021 changed everything: she became a co-founder of Hope&Humanity Poland, an initiative whose goal is to help people after pushbacks and protect the lives of displaced people stuck in Belarus.

In 2023, she joined Podlasie Volunteer Humanitarian Emergency Service and became a co-journalist in Czaban robi raban channel.
