Ragnar Skre (born 1969) is a journalist based in Belgium who has been a foreign news reporter since 2007. He covers news events as well as in-depth stories for Norwegian media.

He was based in Tbilisi, Georgia from 2007 to 2012, and has been based in Brussels, Belgium since 2012. He is a social anthropologist by training, having obtained his degree from the University of Bergen in Norway.

Apart from covering breaking news, he has given a voice to people affected by Norwegian policies or activities abroad, such as justice reforms and the hydropower industry.
