Ruairí Casey is a Berlin-based journalist who specialises in housing, migration and politics.
He has been a freelance reporter and producer since 2014, working with CNN International, the Thomson Reuters Foundation, VICE News, Al Jazeera, the Irish Times and Deutsche Welle, among others.
He has twice received grants from the Simon Cumbers Media Fund and was named a UN Foundation Press Fellow in 2017.
