Viktoria Hubareva is a Ukrainian environmental journalist for the online media outlets Rubrika and EcoRubric.

She is the author of projects such as "Biosphere Reserves of Ukraine: War Stories" and "The Courage of Environmentalists", among others, to raise awareness of environmental protection issues in Ukraine during the war.

She is also an expert for the UWEC Working Group, a lecturer at the Rubryka School of Journalism. And she participates in other training events for journalists covering environmental issues.
