Festival
Since 10 years, DIG Festival, has become an international point of reference for journalists devoted to investigations and reportage. Since 2020 our Festival takes place in Modena, while previously it was held in Riccione.
Through our commitment, we strive to unmute voices and stories that are usually invisible in the mainstream media, opening up the stage to journalists, documentarists, whistleblowers, activists, writers and artists.
Our focus is international: since 2015 we have welcomed 400 guests from over 52 different countries.
Over the years, the chairmanship of our international jury, which consists of prominent figures from the world of journalism and the film industry, has alternated between prestigious names such as Naomi Klein, Paolo Pellegrin, Florence Aubenas, Gavin MacFadyen, Jeremy Scahill, Günter Wallraff and Alexander Nanau.
