Arlis Alikaj is an investigative journalist who has spent over a decade working in rural communities, giving voice to the voiceless and highlighting untold stories outside the capital.

He has collaborated with prominent outlets like the Albanian Center for Quality Journalism and the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network, as well as on cross-border articles covering topics such as COVID-19’s impact on Balkan youth and green infrastructure investment.
