Elif Alcinkaya is an environmental engineer and journalist based in Kocaeli, Turkey.
She worked as a graphic designer for several publishing houses, also as a reporter for various local publications writing on labour rights, environment and gender issues. She also works as a union representative in Kocaeli.
She has a degree in environmental engineering from Istanbul University (2004) and currently completing another degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
