Fulvio Nebbia is a screenwriter, director, and producer. 

In 2007 he co-founded IK Produzioni, through which he produced the documentaries Harmattan, Comando e Controllo, Slow News, and Smart Controlled. He directed the stop-motion animated series Favole dal Mondo Nuovo and the comedy web series La Smonta, and wrote the science fiction graphic novel Entangled.
