Ignacio Marín is a documentary filmmaker and multimedia journalist from Madrid.

His work explores the humanitarian consequences of inequality, poverty, and violence. His reporting has taken him from the marginalised neighbourhoods of Venezuela to the front lines of the war in Ukraine, examining both the social forces that push people toward violence and the psychological mechanisms — particularly dehumanisation — that make it possible.

His work has appeared in ARTE, CNN, El País, Time, Le Monde, Bloomberg, and Newsweek, among others, and has been recognised by the Online Journalism Awards, Pictures of the Year, and the Joop Swart Masterclass. He is currently Director of Feral Stories, a production company specialised in documentary film and content for NGOs
