Jens Langhorn is a Danish investigative journalist and television presenter with more than 18 years of experience in the field.

Based in Denmark, he works primarily for DR, the Danish public broadcaster and a member of the European Broadcasting Union, where he has established himself as a leading maker of documentary journalism on social and financial affairs.

Langhorn is best known for his work on major documentary series for DR. Pengejægerne (The Money Hunters) sees him investigate financial misconduct and dubious business practices, from money laundering to fraud and the vulnerabilities of the welfare system. More recently, Skolevægring — a series on school refusal — marked a departure in tone: combining rigorous journalism with his own experience as a father, Langhorn brought both professional distance and personal candour to a subject that resonates widely across European societies grappling with post-pandemic shifts in children's mental health and school attendance.

His work is distinguished by that same combination of analytical rigour and human engagement. Whether exposing financial wrongdoing or illuminating the struggles of families navigating complex social systems, Langhorn consistently works to make difficult subjects accessible to a broad public.

He currently develops projects for DR through the production company Monday Media.
