Louise Voller Midtgaard is an experienced investigative journalist who has worked at Danwatch for several years. She has extensive experience of researching supply chains and linking human rights and environmental issues to the producers and suppliers of major European and US corporations. She has also conducted several investigations into the issues associated with the use of pesticides.

From 2014 until 2019, Louise was Editor-in-Chief at Danwatch. She now specialises in investigating the impact of states and businesses on human rights and the environment, primarily in developing countries. She trains reporters in Palestine and Cambodia in investigative journalism and is a media adviser for International Media Support to Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism (ARIJ) in Jordan. In 2015, she won the prize for Investigative Journalism in Developing Countries.
