Nikolai Atefie is an investigative journalist who works freelance in Austria and Sweden.
He researches topics such as pornography, gambling and arms trafficking for broadcasters including ORF, BBC, ZDF and Sveriges Radio. He is currently focusing on investigative podcast projects and radio documentaries. In collaboration with DOSSIER and Tortoise, he exposed the majority owner of the Pornhub platform. His investigation into sexual violence against minors in Sweden received considerable attention.
