Paolo Sorbello is an Italian journalist and researcher who specialises in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
Having lived in Kazakhstan for over a decade, he has worked for several outlets, including The Diplomat, openDemocracy and Global Voices. In 2022, he joined the independent media outlet Vlast.kz as editor of its English-language page. His reporting covers environmental issues, corruption, and socioeconomic matters.
