Roden Hoxha is the Executive Director and Editor in Chief of the Albanian Center for Quality Journalism.
Albanian Center for Quality Journalism is an NGO that tackles issues of journalism in post legacy media era, training young professionals in innovative journalism methods and advancing democratic processes in Albania. Prior to his engagement with the ACQJ, he was the Albanian State Solicitor’s Permanent Representative to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
He is a frequent contributor to the works of the OSCE Office in Tirana, EU Delegation in Albania and local and regional civil society organisations, as well as Human Rights, Constitutional and Public Law lecturer at the University of New York Tirana.
