Romaniia Gorbach is a Ukrainian journalist and media coach who has worked on the radio and in print/online media.

Romaniia Gorbach believes that with the help of local stories you can show global problems and reach not only the minds but also the hearts of readers. 

She was born in a small town in the Ukrainian Carpathians on the border with Poland. She studied journalism at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine).  Romaniia worked in Kyiv for radio, online and print media. Also she holds a Master's degree in Media and Communications from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, Spain). 

Since the beginning of the war conflict in Donbas in 2014 the theme of the lost home and your own place in the world has become a key one in her publications.
