Şükrü Oktay Kılıç is a journalist based in Istanbul, Turkey.
He is the founder and managing director of Fayn, a digital news and multimedia storytelling studio. He is also currently conducting PhD research into the financial sustainability of independent news media in Turkey and beyond.
