Sviatlana Yatskova is a Belarusian investigative journalist at the Belarusian Investigative Centre (BIC) who specialises in cross-border investigations into sanctions evasion, state-linked business networks and opaque international supply chains.

She has authored and co-authored significant investigations exposing the acquisition of property in Sochi by the entourage of Aleksandr Lukashenko through offshore structures; the covert economic conflicts of Belarusian and Chinese companies; the assistance of Belarusian firms in helping Russia obtain strategic components during the war; and the circumvention of EU sanctions by key state enterprises such as Grodno Azot and Integral through multi-layered international schemes.

Her work spans sectors including timber exports, petrochemicals, fertilisers, electronics, poultry production, and construction. She routinely analyses databases, corporate registers, procurement documents, trade flows, and offshore networks.
