Hiiu Meedia OÜ is the publisher of Hiiu Leht, the local weekly paper (print) and online news outlet in Estonian language on the island of Hiiumaa in Estonia.
Hiiu Meedia OÜ was established in 2022 to save the paper from bankruptcy. Since then the company has invested in development of the editorial processes and a stronger online presence. The circulation of print is 2500, online subscribers 653. It's the only newspaper and independent media outlet on the island of just below 10 000 residents.
