LOW COUNTRIES - How the Netherlands and Belgium argue over the Iron Rhine

It is essential to restore a connection for freight trains between the port of Antwerp and the German Ruhr area, the Belgians believe. That way you get trucks off the road and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. But the Netherlands does not see the point: it costs ditches of money and causes a lot of misery for Limburg.
