Antolin Avezuela is a photojournalist, based in Barcelona, Spain.

He is specialised in photo-reportage and with a background in Illustration, Graphic Arts and Graphic Advertisement. From 2012 to 2018 Antolin carried out the majority of his work in Southeast Asia, covering some of the major events in the region such as the Umbrella Revolution (Hong-Kong, 2014), the Earthquake in Nepal (2015) or the Rohingya Exodus (2012-2018).


Now, based in Barcelona, Antolin works in projects related to social and environmental issues. His work has been published in different national and international media outlets such as TIME, the Guardian, BBC, Al Jazeera Magazine, and South China Morning Post, among others.
