Dieter Telemans (°1971) is a Belgian photographer. He studied and lives in Brussels, but grew up in Burundi, and Africa continues to fascinate him.

He became a freelancer after having worked for daily De Morgen for six years. He is a member of Panos Pictures in London, Cosmos in Paris and Hollandse Hoogte in Amsterdam.
