Jonas is an award-winning journalist who specialises in labour and environmental issues, as well as food systems.
His work has been published in the form of both texts and documentaries in German newspapers such as DIE ZEIT, taz and Süddeutsche Zeitung, as well as on public broadcasters ARD and ZDF. He was part of the team that produced the 80-minute Arte documentary THE PICKERS, which explores the role of supermarkets in creating precarious working conditions in European agriculture. Jonas has recently joined the investigative team at FragDenStaat, a German research and transparency platform.
