Kristina Vejnbender is an investigative reporter based in Prague.

Kristina is a reporter with investigace.cz based in Prague. She holds a PhD in Philosophical Anthropology from Charles University in Prague. Before joining investigace.cz in 2022, she worked for two of the Czech Republic’s leading economic daily newspapers, covering business and the labour market. She has ten years of experience in journalism. Her current focus is on investigations into organized crime and money laundering, particularly with links to post-Soviet countries. Drawing on her family roots in Kazakhstan, she brings a deep understanding of the post-Soviet region to her work.
