Journalismfund.eu and the European Centre for Press and Media Freedom announce a new, Europe-wide grant programme aimed at providing funds for journalists to investigate breaches of freedom of expression or press freedom in Europe.

Are you aware of an alleged breach of freedom of expression in your country? Are you a journalist in Europe? Do you need time or money to carry out research to document this breach of freedom of expression?

Then you can apply for the Freedom of Expression Research Grant, a new grant programme by Journalismfund.eu and the European Center for Press and Media Freedom (ECPMF), with the support of the European Commission.

The application deadline is September 15th 2015, at 11.59 pm Brussels time. There is €10,000 to distribute. Read all information about the new FoX grant and find out how to apply here.
