Nuri Fatolahzadeh is an independent Italian-Iranian reporter based in Lombardy.
Her work focuses on civil rights, conflict, climate crisis, migration and international affairs, with a special insight into Iran. She has worked for The post internazionale, Giornale di Brescia and Irpi Media, among others. In 2022 her investigation into the Caffaro environmental disaster won the Vergani Prize and in 2024 her podcast was a finalist in the Italian Podcast Awards and received a special mention for territorial impact journalism at the Tina Merlin Award.
