MAPUTO - “Land of plenty, land of but a few” is a web documentary and a data journalism investigation that tells the story of how the peasants who live in the Nacala Corridor, one of the most fertile and populated areas of Mozambique, have been heavily affected by the arrival of large agricultural investments. More about the story here.

In 2019, the story was shortlisted for the New Media Writing Prize (NMWP) in the journalism category. The NMWP is a Bournemouth University initiative in England.

In the same year, the story was also nominated for The Prix Europa in the " “Tv Current Affair” category.

In 2020, it won the King of Spain International Journalism Award in the Environmental and sustainable development journalism. category.
