SLOVIANSK - Our project involves the development of an AI-powered tool to help frontline and displaced journalists quickly adapt their original content for use in various formats, such as video scripts, social media posts and newsletters. This innovation will significantly enhance our ability to reach diverse audiences with timely, verified information from war-affected regions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

Content Transformer is an innovative system designed to automate the adaptation of journalistic content for various platforms and formats. It significantly reduces the time and effort needed to convert original materials into different types of output, such as video scripts, social media posts and email newsletters, while ensuring clarity, meaning and adherence to journalistic standards.

Rather than creating new content, the system reformats existing stories intelligently, while preserving the author's voice and the factual integrity of the text. Its strength lies in its use of AI-driven analysis of context and linguistic nuances, which enables newsrooms to enhance their efficiency and expand their reach across multiple channels.

GOALS

  • Reduce the time taken to adapt content by 70%, and increase the number of platforms on which each story is distributed from 1-2 tot 3-4.
  • Aim to achieve a 20% increase in total social media reach within the first two months.
  • Improve the dissemination of critical updates to frontline communities and track engagement metrics such as views, shares and feedback.

These goals aim to enhance newsroom efficiency, multiplatform presence, and the timely delivery of life-relevant information to vulnerable audiences.
