The New Era of Zasavje News

HRASTNIK - The media will redesign and update the web portal, add new features and launch a news app. We will build the portal on a modern framework, add features for the visually impaired, and create a button so audience - the 65+ and youngsters can connect directly to the editorial team, making the portal editorial team accessible and enabling two-way communication to engage readers as content creators.

Subscription Hub

RADOMSKO - The project aims to accelerate the digital transposition of Gazwta Radomszczańskie from paper to electronic version, by increasing the number of subscriptions sold. As part of the project, the editorial office will create a small subscription hub to create additional, unique journalistic content only for subscribers.

Improving Local Democracy in Piątek Commune by Creating an Innovative News Product

PIATEK - The aim of the project is to liquidate one of the news desert in central Poland in the low-urbanized areas of the Piątek commune by launching an innovative news product. The central part of the project will be a dedicated information platform with a module enabling communication between journalists and the local community, which will allow readers to become co-creators of local news.

Marsactu Wireless

MARSEILLE - Back in the days, it used to be common to see copies of the newspapers of the day lying around in public places, especially cafés. This habit tends to disappear, as we all are getting in touch with the news through our digital devices. Or maybe not all. Our goal with Marsactu wireless, is to make our investigations available to the users of places different kinds (cultural centers, third spaces, cafés, etc), for free.

A News Desert no More: Serving Fingal with Quality Coverage

DUBLIN - Towards the end of last year, one of the largest media companies in Ireland shut its edition covering Fingal in the north of Dublin. We are piloting the expansion of our coverage from Dublin's centre northwards to step up and help serve these communities, shaping our coverage around what they say they need during active outreach.
