IASI - Our project is focused on running a limited experiment to validate the potential and sustainability of growing our Instagram output.

MADRID - The project aims to create a digital repository to organise, classify, and reuse content accumulated in our newsroom - data analysis, interviews, videos, and visual materials. The aim is to streamline its dissemination on social media and increase its public impact, freeing up time and resources for new investigations.

ODORHEIU SECUIESC - Our aim is to test the members of the newsroom for long format videos. We are considering starting a regular talk show on Youtube.

ROME - Our project it's about expanding and diversifying the audience of our weekly podcast "Newsroom"- the only weekly podcast dedicated to investigative journalism in Italy - and having it make our audience loyal to IrpiMedia as a whole. Impact would also mean having other media, especially radio shows, and live events like podcast & cultural festivals, hosting Newsroom.

BUCHAREST - Context.ro will test strategies to build a sustainable and engaged supporter community, essential for its financial independence. Through a two-month pilot campaign, the organisation will promote subscriptions, engage its audience through surveys and direct interaction, and create a closed group to deepen connections and gather insights.

LIKA - The project aims to present a realistic and positive portrayal of life in Lika, challenging negative stereotypes and showcasing successful individuals who live there. It will inspire people, especially young families, to consider Lika as a viable place to live, while offering direct support and solutions. The project will increase the visibility of the media platform, attracting a wider audience and enhancing its credibility as a source of meaningful content.

SLOVIANSK - This project aims to develop a modern, user-friendly fundraising platform integrated within the media ecosystem, introducing a tiered membership model offering exclusive content, direct engagement with the editorial team, and a community-driven support. This initiative will improve the financial sustainability and deepen relationships with the audience.

BELGRADE - The project is focused on transforming Medjuvreme, the weekly newsletter of the independent Serbian news outlet Vreme, into a sustainable premium model. By introducing subscriber-only, in-depth content while keeping part of the newsletter free, it aims to strengthen audience engagement and support high-quality journalism.

PRAGUE - The project aims to create a subscription model on the Ekonews website aimed at ESG and sustainability managers. The goal is to be more economically sustainable and resilient in the long-term by diversifying Ekonews' revenues via a subscription model.

MADRID - The project aims to update Spain’s Official Gazette (BOE) from social media to a live hub on Civio’s website. As the media outlet's one of the best-known examples of public service journalism, these updates will no longer rely solely on social algorithms to reach readers - the project will allow the media outlet to draw attention to their homepage and foster a more direct relationship with their audience.
