BISHKEK - Kyrgyzstan is a country where Russian influence is still very strong. While other global players such as Europe and the West are increasingly vying for influence in the region, conflicting interests can be observed.

CHISINAU – This intensive on-site training and support programme was designed for climate journalists from Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries and the European Union.

SVALBARD - 'De laatste wildernis' (The Last Wilderness) takes you to two of the most extreme and inaccessible places on Earth: the North and South Poles, and the depths of the ocean.

SUCEAVA - Our primary audience includes Romanian-speaking adults across Suceava, Botoșani, Neamț and Bacău counties—many from rural or underrepresented communities.

MAARHEEZE - The project focuses on Cranendonck and Heeze-Leende, two small, rural municipalities in the southeast of the Netherlands with a combined population of 36,000.

PARIS - This project addresses the opacity and impunity within the French police institution, where marginalised and racialised communi-ties face persistent barriers to justice in cases of police violence.

SILESIA - The project mainly targets local audiences in Silesia, Poland, including young people and marginalised groups who consume news through social media platforms. The primary focus is on enhancing access to reliable information for digitally active users.

GDANSK - The education project aims to familiarise the inhabitants of Pomerania with the issues of energy transformation, which is a technical, economic and social challenge. The construction of the nuclear power plant is very controversial among the inhabitants of Pomerania.

ODORHEIU SECUIESC - Our project targets the Hungarian-speaking minority in Romania's Harghita county, with special focus on youth (16-29) and rural communities within 50km of Odorheiu Secuiesc. DEBRECEN - Debreciner primarily targets the residents of Debrecen and the surrounding Hajdú-Bihar County. SZEGED - Our primary target audience is local: urban professionals, students, and engaged residents of Szeged and Southern Hungary. Most are aged 18–45, but we also reach older demographics interested in independent, public interest journalism.

LISBON - This project aims to bring together the people of Chelas, a peripheral neighbourhood, and all the other audiences in Lisbon. That is precisely its aim.

LÓDŹ - Łódź.po is an independent local newsroom based in Łódź, Poland. It serves the local community and covers important social issues. 

ZASAVJE - The primary target audience of this project is regional and local communities in the Zasavje region, particularly young people, students, and emerging media professionals. BROUMOV - The project targets local audience in the Broumovsko micro-region, partly also national. The project will work directly with three basic groups - workers, seniors and young people. This also includes the Roma minority, newcomers from Ukraine and workers from neighbouring Poland.

ŁÓDZ - The project is aimed at residents of rural and urban-rural communes of the Radomsko district (Łódź province), who, for technological and distribution reasons, are deprived of access to information about their local community.

SOUTH TYROL - The project targets people in South Tyrol with learning difficulties, low literacy, or limited language skills. It aims at regional audiences of all ages and backgrounds, promoting inclusive access to news.

RIGA - The project aims to provide independent, reliable news to regions in Latvia facing news deserts, particularly in the run-up to the June 2025 municipal elections. The primary target group is regional residents, especially young voters and women.

BARCELONA - This training programme aims to encourage collaboration between investigative journalists and photojournalists in order to raise awareness of desertification in Europe through innovative storytelling.
